Hande Oynar is a freelance writer / editor from Istanbul based in New York City. After getting her M.A. degree in Arts & Culture Journalism at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, she served as the editor-in-chief in Turkey's leading contemporary art magazine, Art Unlimited, and the Istanbul edition of global luxury lifestyle guide, LUXOS Magazine. As a freelance writer, she's written for The New York Times, The Art Newspaper, Artsy, Canvas Magazine, Conde Nast Traveller Turkey, GQ Turkey, Vogue Turkey, Time Out Istanbul, and many others.
